Peach Mango

All New Peach Mango Juice for 2022

You have to rock this Peach Mango Juice! Yummy….

I just tried this Peach Mango juice recipe the other day. Wow, it tastes so good! There are a few things I needed to tweak for our liking but boy is it ever good!

We try to keep our juice recipes 80% vegetable and 20% fruit, though it’s not always easy to do, because fruits always taste so sweet, and having a sweet tooth, I some times struggle for sure. The recipe that we tweaked, had 2 fruits and 2 vegetable, but remember you can always add lemon and ginger into your recipe to add a kick.

Benefits of Ginger Root…

First and foremost, Ginger is filled with antioxidants, as well as compounds that help prevent stress and damage to your body’s DNA. It is thought that Ginger will help fight off chronic diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, and diseases of the lungs, plus it promotes healthy aging.

Always the big question is “How Much is Too Much” well Doctors recommend consuming a max of 3 – 4 grams of ginger extract a day, if you are expecting not to consume more than 1 gram, and none for kids under 2. I normal use about a thumb size of Ginger in our juice, and we make about 8 – 16 oz of fresh juice per juicing schedule. So it is going to be pretty hard to go over the daily recommendation.

Peaches and Mangos, What can I say!

Juicing peaches and mangos, well both fruits are full of fantastic nutrients, vitamin C, vitamin A, and they are naturally helpful for your digestive system. There is also assistance in managing your blood sugar levels. Both also aid in improving skin and hair health. How can you go wrong!
