Tomato Apple Juice is so refreshing!

This Tomato Apple Juice recipe is so so good! I am not a big tomato juice fan, but when you mix it in with apple, it has a fantastic taste and I find I even make this recipe once or so a week. This is a good recipe to help clean up your 7 day juice challenge!

Tomato juice is full of nutrients such as vitamin C & B as well as potassium. There is also an excellent source for antioxidants, such as lycopene, which may reduce inflammation and your risk of heart disease and some cancers.

Ingredients

  • 2 – 4 tomatoes (depending on size)

  • 1 – 2 apples (depending on size)

Directions

  • Wash the ingredients well and remove stems as required
  • Cut the apple as needed to fit the chute
  • Juice the ingredients in your juicer.
