Tomato Apple Juice is so refreshing!

This Tomato Apple Juice recipe is so so good! I am not a big tomato juice fan, but when you mix it in with apple, it has a fantastic taste and I find I even make this recipe once or so a week. This is a good recipe to help clean up your 7 day juice challenge!

What are the Health Benefits of this recipe?

Tomato juice is full of nutrients such as vitamin C & B as well as potassium. There is also an excellent source for antioxidants, such as lycopene, which may reduce inflammation and your risk of heart disease and some cancers.

  • Calories – 18
  • Water – 95%
  • Protein: 0.9 grams
  • Carbs: 3.9 grams
  • Sugar: 2.6 grams
  • Fiber: 1.2 grams
  • Fat: 0.2 grams.

The nutrients found in tomatoes are known for their powerful antioxidant properties. Antioxidants are substances that prevent free radicals created during the metabolic process in the body from attaching to normal cells.

Tomato Apple Juice Recipe – 7 Day Juice Challenge

Prep time






  • 2 – 4 tomatoes (depending on size)

  • 1 – 2 apples (depending on size)


  • Wash the ingredients well and remove stems as required
  • Cut the apple as needed to fit the chute
  • Juice the ingredients in your juicer.
